5 stars isn't enough! Everyone I spoke to was always professional, friendly and made me feel like I was a Celebrity! Kerri was always smiling and very knowledgeable.  Keith was very informative and helped me work through the claim process and he knew what he was doing.  Excellent customer service, they do really care about their customers. They kept me informed of the process and stood by everything they told me.  The lobby was clean, well maintained and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about Thomas Collision. I had originally went with a different body shop until they told me that my vehicle would not be repaired until possibly close to the end of the year and there was just no way I could wait that long. I called and spoke to Kerri and she was honest about when repairs would begin but it was so much faster than the other body shop. She then called me a week later and told me to bring it in and they would start taking it apart. I was so worried about the paint not matching my car (it’s a hard color match after damage) but I just got my car back after maybe 4? weeks and I could not be more pleased! You cannot tell that any damage was done and the color is perfect! Kerri was always so nice on the phone and in person! I will not go to anyone else for repairs although I hope I never have to again. I got rear ended in June and a lot of people recommended Thomas Collision Center for the repairs. They did an amazing job! My car looks better than the day I bought it.
